Marktlink assists entrepreneurs with mergers, acquisitions, valuations, financing, restructuring, succession issues, buy-outs (MBO), and buy-ins (MBI). Marktlink was founded in 1996 and has grown to a leading and independent mergers & acquisitions specialist for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Marktlink operates nationwide with branches in Deventer, Gouda, and Amsterdam.

Marktlink complets more than 50 transactions-year. Based on our thorough experience in M&A processes,we have gained indepth knowledge of an extensive expertise in M&A processes within the SME market. More than 95% of our assignments is completed with a successful transaction. Besides our knowledge and expertise, our approach is an important key success factor. Managing the entire acquisition process proactively, understanding the entrepreneur and a clear focus on results are the main characteristics of our approach.

Based on our experience our fee structure is based on fixed prices. One of our unique characteristics is that we work independently within the market. We are not affiliated with an accounting firm or bank, enabling us to independently consult our clients in order to achieve optimal results for our clients.

Our team consists of 35 professionals with broad expertise in the field of finance, law an commerce. We also have our own Register Valuators and lawyers employed. Our team is pragmatic and entrepreneurial. We always work in deal teams to assure continuity.
