Marktlink assists entrepreneurs with mergers, acquisitions, valuations, financing, restructuring, succession issues, buy-outs (MBO), and buy-ins (MBI). Marktlink was founded in 1996 and has grown to become one of the largest independent consultancies in its market. Marktlink operates nationwide from offices in Deventer, Gouda, and Amsterdam.

Marktlink oversees around 50 transactions per year and focuses on SMEs, without limiting ourselves to specific industries. Through the hundreds of transactions we have supervised, we have built a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise, leading to a 95% success rate. Our active approach differentiates from other approaches; we will not wait but get right down to business.

Based on our experience we often work with fixed prices, which enables us to offer clear-cut pricing. Independent One of our unique characteristics is that we work independently within the market. We are not affiliated with an accounting firm or bank, which keeps our advice and guidance independent at all times, thus enabling us to achieve optimal results for our clients.  

Expertise

Our team consists of 30 people with broad expertise in financial, economic, commercial, and legal matters. We also have our own Register Valuators employed. Our team characterizes as pragmatic and entrepreneurial. We always work in project teams to assure continuity.
